    “Ghirlandaio” boxes with separtate lid are made from Duralong Wave archival micro corrugated board, ideal for long-term horizontal storage. The sturdy box style with double thickness walls on all sides of the base and the lid, avoids any distortion and makes the box particularly suitable for storing large format, heavyweight artefacts even in multiple stacks; besides, the total absence of metal parts and inner imperfections allows the storage of particularly delicate textiles. Easy to assemble thanks to the small self-blocking wings which can be inserted into the double wall.
