TECHNICAL FEATURES:

Completely made of cold-folded electro-galvanized steel sheet, thickness 1 - 1.5 mm – Grey RAL 7035

- Exterior finish in acid-resistant epoxy resin, hardened in a 200°C thermal tunnel

- Cabinet insulation with high-density rock wool panels and calcium sulfate panels

- Interior finish with melamine panels highly resistant to chemical and aggressive vapors

- Structure designed to allow replacement of parts if necessary

- Automatic door closing when ambient temperature exceeds 50°C

- 30 mm heat-expanding thermal seals that ensure perfect cabinet tightness in case of temperature rise, compliant with EN14470-1 (new 2023 version)

- Air inlet and outlet with certified fire dampers that close the ducts when the temperature exceeds 70°C (DIN 4102-6 compliant)

- Ready for ventilation via Ø 100 mm flange for external connection or filtration ventilation system (see ventilation chapter)

- Locking system allows doors to remain open and close automatically above 50°C

- Anti-spark hinges ensuring door stability

- Cabinet equipped with grounding

- Height-adjustable leveling feet

- Lockable door with key

- 3 height-adjustable epoxy-coated steel shelves (BASIC series), 1 retention tray with grid

- Shelf secured with aluminum pins to avoid any spark risk

- Fire-resistant shelves tested

- ISO 3864: Signage with pictograms

- Fire resistance certified 90 minutes according to EN14470-1 BV (new 2023 version Bureau Veritas)

- Certified according to EN16121 BV (Bureau Veritas)

- Palletizable base (optional) for easy cabinet handling
