PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A polysaccharide extracted from bacteria, capable of giving pseudoplastic gels stable up to 60°C.
Vanzan NF-C gels strongly retain water and can be used for the cleaning of surfaces sensitive to water. The gels are more viscous than those obtainable with Klucel G or other celluloses.
PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES:
- pH of a 1% solution: 6-8
- Brookfield’s viscosity of a 0.2% solution: 1300-1700 mPa.s
