PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A 40% solution of an acrylic resin based on Butyl Methacrylate in benzine 100°/140°C. It is used as a consolidant of paint films. Degalan P 550 can be diluted with esters, ketones, aromatic, aliphatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons; it is only partially miscible with alcohol and aliphatic hydrocarbons.
PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES:
- Appearance: dense liquid
- Solids content: 40 ± 1%
- Density: 0.84 kg/l
- Viscosity: 2800 - 5400 mPas at 20°C
