SELF-ASSEMBLY BOXES WITH HINGED LID “Pirandello”

“Pirandello” hinged-lid boxes are made from Duralong Double archival board, ideal for vertical storage. They are very robust and therefore particularly suitable for glass plate negatives. They have a double thickness front wall, easy to assemble thanks to the self-assembling fins that fit into the double wall; very particular care is taken in the rear mounting system. They are equipped with a removable shaped cardboard reinforcement which increases the strength in the base. Given the fragility of glass negatives, we also recommend the practical shaped Ethafoam side supports (optional) that can be fixed with simple acid-free double-sided adhesive on the opposite sides of the box, thus avoiding contact between the plates, for safe storage and kept safe from accidental breakage.
