TECHNICAL GELATIN OF PURE SKIN

A glue of proteic nature composed quite exclusively of collagen, obtained by grinding skins and other animal cartilaginous parts, soluble in water, with excellent adhesiveness properties. Solutions based on Technical Gelatin can be used on any substrate wettable with water and are reversible.

The applications of Technical Gelatin are various: from the preparation of surfaces before gilding to woodworks to several “colletta” formulations for the restoration of frescoes, canvas and panel paintings.



Appearance: yellow brown granules
