PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Silical 110 is a silicone rubber suitable for all moulding techniques of vertical or large size models which require specific processing features (long working time) and mechanical features (tensile strength, tear resistance and low shrinkage). Silical 110, thixotropic and kneadable, is suggested for vertical mould-making of all the objects and works of art which the restorer needs to reproduce.

Demoulding time (at 23°C): 18-22 hours 6-8 min.
Linear shrinkage (after 5 d at 23°C): 0.7% max 0.2% max
Specific gravity: 1.42 kg/l
Hardness (after 8 minutes at 23°C): - 10 ± 2 Shore A
Hardness (after 60 minutes at 23°C): - 19 ± 3 Shore A
Hardness (after 24 hours at 23°C): 19 ± 3 Shore A
Hardness (after 48 hours at 23°C): 21 ± 3 Shore A -
Tensile strength: 2.8 ± 0.3 N/mm² 1.47 ± 0.3 N/mm²
Elongation at break: 250 ± 30% 200 ± 10%
