PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A ready-to-use consolidant/water-repellent product based on ethyl silicate and polysiloxane oligomers in white spirit D40 solution. The polysiloxane presence imparts water-repellent properties to the treated artifacts. Estel 1100 is particularly suitable for the consolidant and water-repellent treatment of weathered silicate stone materials, bricks and plasters.
PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES:
- Appearance: colourless liquid
- Density: 0.97 kg/l at 20°C
- Initial boiling point: 160°C
- Viscosity: 12 cp. at 25°C
- Active material content: 75%
- Solids content: 35% min.
