NSD 1120 B is a modern device which can help conservators in the various stages of paper and painting restoration.



NSD 1120 B is the complete version of the low pressure tables and is equipped with a heating system and a low pressure system which provide a quick and uniform distribution of heat and suction over the entire working surface; it is also equipped with a quick and effective cooling system. It is also equipped with a humidification system consisting of a control unit, an ultrasonic humidifier and a detachable Plexiglas dome.







NSD 1120 B consists of:



- detachable supporting legs to make movings easier;



- a detachable control unit with on/off key switch, heating system switch with warning light, low pressure system switch with warning light, cooling system switch with warning light, temperature dial controller with display, pressure dial controller with display, automatic pressure control switch, warning light of incidental breakdowns in the heating system and connection hose to the suction system;



- helical electric fans for the cooling system;



- an aluminium working surface with built-in heating elements and suction hoses, with two perforated platens of different thickness: the upper is 1 mm thick with holes ø 1.5 mm, the lower is 2 mm thick with holes ø 3.5 mm. Both platens are fixed to the table with a thermoresistant tape for an easy disassembly; the holes cover the 25% of the platen surface;



- a noiseless electric vacuum cleaner mod. Europa 303E, 1200W - 220V single-phase.



- a control unit for the humidification system, with on/off switch, programmer and probe with 5 m cable;



- an ultrasonic humidifier with connection hoses dim. 320x200xh.330 mm;



a Plexiglas dome.
