SUCTION FILTER UNIT MODEL LFK 175 (1 B - DIAM. 75 mm)

Mobile suction and filtration unit, for small workstations with frequent relocation needs, consisting of a compact and complete solution, equipped with a filter and fan, paired with various suction terminals. The LFK 175 suction filter unit is supplied as standard for reintegrating filtered air into the environment, but can also be equipped (optional) with a duct that converts it into an air extraction system with external expulsion.



The LFK 175 suction filter unit consists of:

- 1 Articulated aluminum arm with low pressure loss (ME type range), approximately 1300 mm in length. Thanks to the design of the ME joints, it combines maximum flexibility with low pressure loss. Air flows through the joints without creating turbulence, resulting in reduced pressure loss. This translates into energy savings from installing a lower-power fan and a significant reduction in noise. The arm has a diameter of 75 mm, a flow rate of 150 m³/h, and is equipped with a damper for individual airflow regulation.

- 1 Transparent dome hood (MEK 350-75) suitable for suctioning gases and vapors from light solvents with high volatility. The transparency provides excellent visibility of the localized work area.

- 1 Mobile bench attachment (MBF) for fixing on shelves or workbenches, provided with clamps. Wall or ceiling mounting options are available upon request.

- 1 Centrifugal extractor with integrated airflow adjustment (FF 100/230), 240V 50/60 Hz – Protection class IP54 – Weight 3.2 kg – Noise level 60 dB(A)

- 1 Two-stage particulate/gas filter (FHC 50) for dust and fume filtration, consisting of a HEPA H13 filter and a 2 kg activated carbon filter (filtration grade 99.99% for particles greater than 0.3 µm).
