FILTER UNIT MODEL LFK 275 (2 B - DIAM. 75 mm)

Mobile suction and filtration unit, designed for small workstations with frequent movement needs, consisting of a compact and complete solution, equipped with a filter and fan, combined with various suction terminals. The LFK 275 filter unit is supplied as standard for the reintegration of filtered air into the environment but can also be optionally equipped with a duct system, converting it into an air extraction system with external discharge.



The LFK 275 filter unit consists of:

- 2 articulated aluminum arms with low pressure loss (ME type range) approximately 1300 mm in length. Thanks to the construction of the ME joints, it combines maximum flexibility with low pressure loss. Air passes through the joints without causing turbulence, resulting in reduced pressure loss. This translates into energy savings due to the installation of a fan with reduced power and a significant reduction in noise. The arms have a diameter of 75 mm, airflow of 150 m³/h each (total 300 m³/h), equipped with a damper for individual airflow regulation.

- 2 transparent dome hoods (MEK 350-75) suitable for suction of gases and vapors from light solvents with high volatility. The transparency allows excellent visibility of the localized work area.

- 2 mobile workbench attachments (MBF) for fixing on shelves or workbenches, provided complete with clamps (2 per attachment). Wall or ceiling mounting attachments are also available upon request.

- 1 centrifugal fan with integrated airflow regulation (FF 100/230), 240V 50/60 Hz - Protection rating IP54 - Weight 3.2 kg - Noise level 60 dB(A)

- 1 two-stage particulate/gas filter (FHC 100) for filtering dust and fumes, consisting of a HEPA H13 filter and an 11.2 kg activated carbon filter (filtration grade 99.99% for particles larger than 0.3 µm)
