A thermoplastic resin based on polyvinyl acetate homopolymers used for the production of paints, varnishes, sizes, etc. PVAc is soluble in alcohols, esters, ketones, toluene and chlorinated hydrocarbons, and is particularly suitable for the consolidation and heat-sizing of archaeological finds and ceramics.



PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES:



- Appearance: powder and/or granules

- Viscosity (in Ethyl Acetate): (al 10%) 25 ± 5 mPas

- Specific gravity: 1,20 kg/l

- Softening point: 145° - 165°C
