A ready-to-use product with double action - consolidating - preventive - based on ethyl silicate and preservative agents in Isopropyl Alcohol. Bio Estel associates its efficacious consolidating action with a lasting protective action from microorganisms.
Bio Estel is particularly suitable for the treatment of silicate stone materials, bricks and plasters placed in damp surroundings and subject to the weathering caused by biological agents.
PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES:
- Appearance: colourless to straw yellow liquid
- Density: approx. 0.92 kg/l at 20°C
- Initial boiling point: 81°C
- Viscosity: 9.5 cp at 25°C
- Solids content: 25%
