The use of high-quality materials is the fundamental basis on which the philosophy behind the design of our furniture is built: resistance, functionality, and ease of use. All our benches and accessories are modular elements designed to meet the ever-evolving needs of modern laboratories, compliant and certified EN 13150 by Bureau Veritas and tested by CATAS®, as well as their design and production system ISO 9001:2015.
ASEM® furniture can be equipped with a wide range of utilities to meet even the most specific needs of our clients, ensuring maximum comfort during their work.
ASEM® also offers an interesting color palette to customize the furniture accessories, such as cabinets and lockers certified EN 16121 SEVERA, making it easier to orient within the laboratory, to reflect corporate colors, or simply to suit the customers' preferences.
Our sole objective is to design and create the most advanced and safe work environment to guarantee high performance levels during your daily operations.
The wall-mounted chemical bench consists of:
A supporting structure with a "C" shaped leg made of 2 mm thick pickled steel tube in 60x30 and 60x60 mm sections, coated with epoxy powders (thickness 100±10 microns), RAL 9010 Pure White color (other colors upon request), followed by a thermal tunnel pass at 180°C. Leveling feet in steel coated with anti-acid plastic material.
The "C" configuration of the base legs allows maximum freedom of movement for the operator, as there are no legs at the front of the frame.
The base of the frames with standard wall depth is recessed to allow wall alignment in the presence of baseboards and for placement after setting up the supplies and drains on the wall.
Our benches are available in single base modules that can be placed together in sizes of 600, 900, 1200, 1500, and 1800 mm or in configurations with a central leg in common for easier alignment.
The bases are coated with anti-acid epoxy resins in Pure White RAL 9010. Standard depths are 660 or 810 mm for wall-mounted benches and 1260 and 1560 mm for central ones.
