ASEM ETA_SERIES WASHING UNIT

Compliant with and certified according to EN 13150 by Bureau Veritas and tested by CATAS®, as well as compliant with their ISO 9001:2015 design and production system.



The WASHING UNIT consists of:



MODULAR METAL BASE

Load-bearing structure with “C”-shaped legs made of pickled steel tubing, 2 mm thick, with sections of 60×30 and 60×60 mm, coated with epoxy powder paint (thickness 100±10 microns) in Pure White RAL 9010 (other colors available on request), followed by curing in a thermal tunnel at 180 °C. Leveling feet made of steel coated with anti-acid plastic material. The “C”-shaped leg configuration allows maximum freedom of movement for the operator, as there are no frame legs in the front position. To be completed with side closing panels.



WORKTOP

Plastic laminate worktop made with a water-resistant chipboard core, covered on both sides with Class 1 fire-retardant melamine plastic laminate, scratch-resistant quartz finish. It consists of kraft paper sheets impregnated with phenolic resin and a top decorative sheet in LIGHT GREY color impregnated with melamine resin, subjected to combined pressure (90 kg/cm²) and heat (150 °C) in special presses where resin polycondensation occurs. Formaldehyde content compliant with Class 1 according to EN 120. The surface offers good resistance to weak acids and bases. Perimeter anti-impact ABS edging, rounded, thickness 3 mm. Total thickness 30 mm.

Anti-overflow perimeter edges and standard sink basin 400 × 500 × 300 mm (A) or other dimensions on request. Washing worktop equipped with siphon.



UNDER-SINK MODULE

Structure and doors made of water-resistant agglomerate coated with Class 1 fire-retardant HPL melamine laminate, blue color. Grey ABS anti-impact edges, rounded, thickness 3 mm. Aluminum handles. Steel support coated with epoxy powder paint and cured in a thermal tunnel at 200 °C. Mounted on a plinth with adjustable feet.
