The use of high-quality materials is the fundamental basis on which the design philosophy of our furniture is built: strength, functionality, and ease of use. All our benches and accessories are modular elements designed to meet the constantly evolving needs of modern laboratories. They are compliant with and certified according to EN 13150 by Bureau Veritas and tested by CATAS®, as well as supported by an ISO 9001:2015 certified design and production system.
ASEM® furniture can be equipped with a wide range of utilities to meet even the most specific customer requirements, ensuring maximum comfort during daily work.
ASEM® also offers an attractive color palette to customize furniture accessories, such as cabinets and cupboards certified EN 16121 SEVERE, making it easier to orient oneself within the laboratory, recall corporate colors, or simply satisfy customer preferences.
Our sole objective is to design and create the most advanced and safest working environments, ensuring a high level of performance in everyday operations.
The wall-mounted chemical bench consists of:
Load-bearing structure with “C”-shaped legs made of pickled steel tubing, 2 mm thick, in 60×30 and 60×60 mm sections, epoxy powder-coated (thickness 100±10 microns) in Pure White RAL 9010 (other colors available on request), followed by curing in a thermal tunnel at 180 °C. Steel leveling feet coated with anti-acid plastic material.
The “C”-shaped leg configuration allows maximum freedom of movement for the operator, as there are no front frame legs.
The frame base, with standard wall depth, is set back to allow installation against walls with skirting boards and to facilitate positioning after utility and drain connections have been prepared on the wall.
Our benches are available as individual base modules that can be combined in widths of 600, 900, 1200, 1500, and 1800 mm, or in configurations with a shared central leg to facilitate alignment.
The bases are coated with anti-acid epoxy resins in Pure White RAL 9010. Standard depths are 660 or 810 mm for wall benches and 1260 or 1560 mm for central benches.
